Braden Miller / Miller Time Flies Fifteen year old Fly Tyer and Fisherman, Braden Miller taught himself to tie flies by watching videos on Instagram and Youtube and practiced casting a fly rod given to him in his backyard. He has been obsessed with fishing for as long as he can remember, but has only been fly fishing and tying since he was 8 years old. Since venturing into this sport Braden has traveled across the country chasing after all types of freshwater and saltwater fish with his TFO fly rods and flies he tied on his Norvise. Currently, the Snakehead is Braden’s favorite freshwater fish on a fly rod, and he can make a decision as to his favorite saltwater species, whether it is catching a False Albacore or a Shark on a fly, both put up a amazing fight and are exhilarating to catch. Braden was and is the First and only Junior Ambassador for Temple Fork Outfitters, a Norvise Ambassador, and most recently has helped lunch J. Stockard Fly Fishing’s Junior Pro-Tyer Program. He is also an Ambassador/Pro-Staff Member for Flymen Fish Company, District Angling, Fair Flies, Catch Cam Nets and Fly Life Company.
